Narzędzie korzystając z aktywnego pędzla rozjaśnia lub przyciemnia kolory obrazu. Opcja trybu określa, w jaki sposób narzędzie wpływa na piksele.

3.15.1. Activating the Tool

There are different possibilities to activate the tool:

From the image-menu: Tools → Paint Tools → Dodge / Burn.
The Tool can also be called by clicking the tool icon: ,
or by using the Shift+D keyboard shortcut.

3.15.2. Key modifiers (Defaults)

Ctrl: Przełącza pomiędzy rozjaśnianiem i wypalaniem. Po puszczeniu klawisza typ powraca na pierwotne ustawienie.
Przesunięcie: Shift places the Dodge or Burn tool into straight line mode. Holding Shift while clicking Button1 will Dodge or Burn in a straight line. Consecutive clicks will continue Dodge or Burn in straight lines that originate from the end of the last line.

3.15.3. Options

Normally, tool options are displayed in a window attached under the Toolbox as soon as you activate a tool. If they are not, you can access them from the image menu bar through Windows → Dockable Windows → Tool Options which opens the option window of the selected tool.

Opacity; Brush; Scale; Brush Dynamics; Fade out; Apply Jitter, Hard edges

Type

Rozjaśnianie powoduje rozjaśnienie koloru.

The burn effect darkens colors.

Zakres

Opcja posiada trzy tryby:

Cienie оgraniczają rezultat tylko do najciemniejszych pikseli.
Półtony ograniczają efekt do pikseli o średnim nasyceniu koloru.
Światła ograniczają efekt do najjaśniejszych pikseli.

Intensywność

Intensywność określa siłę efektu, jak mniej lub bardziej naświetlona fotografia. Skala wartości waha się między 0 a 100. Wartość domyślna intensywności to 50.
