コマンドはレイヤーの積み重ねの中で活性レイヤーのちょうど 1 層下 (背面側) にあたるレイヤーを選択します。 レイヤーダイアログの一覧表ではそのレイヤー項目が強調表示され、 代わりにここが新たな活性レイヤーとなります。 ただし活性レイヤーが既にレイヤーの積み重ねの中で最背面に位置していた場合はこのメニュー項目は灰色無効となり使用できません。
